About Doula Faith

God is Faithful to Do Exceedingly More than We Can Think or Hope
When we put our TRUST in Him and Believe in His Word

The Holy Spirit promises to reveal the infinite treasures found in God’s Word

Hi, I'm Mary and this is my site.
The Greek interpretation for "Doula" means "woman servant".  I am passionate about serving Jesus Christ by sharing my faith and encouraging yours. It is my hope that my Devotionals, Devotional Studies, and blog will inspire you to know Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and more intimately, as Lord of your life.

"Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing." 1 Thessalonians 5:11

In my Christian walk I have encountered, trials, testings, discouragement, and spiritual attacks, but it was in trusting God’s faithfulness and believing His Word, I was delivered each time.

You Can Write What God Reveals to You - Create Your Own Devotionals by Abiding in His Word.
Learn How by following the HIS ABIDE approach.

It is my sincere prayer this intimate approach to God’s Word will bless you as it has blessed me. “His Abide” is not meant for a group study of the Word but a one on one communion with the Lord, who invites all believers to learn how to hear His voice through the study of His Word.

Spending time with Jesus first before you start your day is the key.
Jesus never went out ministering to the people without first meeting with His heavenly Father in His Secret Place and so should we. Should we do less?

Paul exhorted Timothy to handle the Word correctly so He would not be ashamed. When we come to the Word, expectantly, and patiently allowing the Holy Spirit to interpret for us, then we can correctly hear what the Word has to say, hearing His voice, applying it to our life. God has given us the tools to dig deeper.

God’s command is to tie the Word to our minds, hearts and hands by writing it down.
God commanded the Israelites to write His Word on stone, on their doorposts, and to teach it to their children when they got up and when they laid down. Deuteronomy 11: 18-21/Deuteronomy 27:1-8

Note: It’s not necessary to have a lot of knowledge, but it is necessary to know the Truth. God has made it abundantly available in these last days so our minds will be transformed, think like Christ, developing His character and doing His Work.

Blessed Abiding
